Step two:

This is the part where we work on your tender and we allocate one of Clarendon Homes’ representatives to work closely with you on any adjustments you may require to your home.

Step three:

By now we’ve completed the building contract and home designs and will walk you step by step through the whole thing. This is the time when your loans need to be approved and any structural adjustments you require need to be flagged with us.

Step four:

This is the Clarendon Homes Colour Studio part where our team of experts helps you decide on all the fixtures, fittings and flourishes of your home. Basically, this is where your brand-new home really comes to life.

Step five:

This is the bit where all your paperwork needs to be signed and sorted and handed back to us to that we can start construction on your brand-new home.

Step six:

Yep, the exciting bit where your home starts to take shape.
