They say that the best things take time and the same goes
for building your brand new Clarendon Homes home. There are a few processes
that come into play when building your home and it’s best to be familiar with
them before you build, just so you know what to expect and when.
Here is the Clarendon Homes six-step guide to building your
brand new home
- The site inspection is where one of our Clarendon Homes staff visits your block to assess the land and make sure it meets all the necessary standards.
- Next we work on the tender. One of our representatives will work with you to get everything done. Be sure to discuss any necessary changes at this stage.
- Now we work on and go over the building contract and architectural designs. Get your loans approved by this stage and ensure you get all your structural changes sorted.
- The fun bit, the colour selections stage means a day spent with our design experts and the Clarendon Homes Colour studio. You’ll work on interior and exterior designs, as well as finishes throughout your home.
- Now it’s time to ensure all your signed documents are provided to Clarendon Homes so we can move on to the final stage…
- The building approval and site start. This is where the magic happens and you get to watch as your home begins to be built from the ground up.
